Telecheck International - TRS Recovery Services stole my money and won't stop harrassing me

I wrote 3 hot checks. Okay so there. We all make mistakes and that was mine. I immediately went to the merchant (Wal Mart) paid with a money order for the entire amount owed including fees at the local store.

I continued to get threatening letters and am unable to write checks due to "having unresolved" checks.

I have faxed copies of the money orders repeatedly, although I am told by the oh-so-LOVELY staff over there at Telecheck that while there IS a fax MACHINE to fax "research" issues, there is actually no one in the department who can verify that they recieve the fax.

Wal Mart (THEIR CLIENT) has been involved, called, faxed, etc. Despite, Telecheck has a revolving excuse that "they have not received such fax".

Now they have taken $ from my bank account to cover 1 of the checks - WHICH I ALREADY PAID! And directly from the mouth of the dingbat who I had the pleasure of talking to the last time "oh, and you can pay the other check when you want to."

Iiiieeeeee!!! Get a clue telecheck!!!

I am interested in putting together a class-action suit if others have similar problems with this joke of a company.
