They took money out of my account on the 13th instead of the 15th. I spoke to three individuals that confirmed that the 15th is the date that the money should have been taken out.
This happened on November 13th, my birthday. I have no money and I need to go on a business trip tomorrow. I am in tears and very upset. The three individuals I spoke to where: Keviin, Kate, and Recardo.
Recardo was very nice and really felt sorry for me. Then, on top of it, I just realized that instead of paying 390 for a 300 dollar loan, I will be paying 570 dollars. Can you believe that!
I recommend that no one uses this service.
