Dish rep refuses to resolve billing issue - Dish Network

I signed up for Dish with auto-pay which included free HD for life but I wanted to change the due date to the 15th of the month to coincide with my direct desposit instead of falling on the 13th one month, 14th next month, 15th the following month, then back to 13th - there's no consistency. I contacted Dish to move the due tdate but was told NO. I would have to stop auto-pay and doing that I lose the free HD for life package, would instead have to pay an additional $10 a month or shell out $99 to get it for "free" for life. Since the account is set up to be automatically paid, Dish WILL get their payment so why can't they move it to the 15th? All the advertising about "great customer service" is crap. Calling involves a minimum wait time of 15-20 minutes to just get a live person and more often than not, they "accidently" disconnect then you have to start all over again.
