I contacted this company back in february. They said they could help me. I was referred to they company by another affiliate who works for the co: he set me up. We had a telephone conversation he said he would be sending a packet out for me to sign to send in the info requested which i did.
In may since i had heard nothing. I kept calling could not get anyone. No one would answer my calls or email, finally made contact in july. After kind of questioning some thing, made contact with eriq. He said the number had not changed. I asked him if everything was okay on my house he said things were fine, he gave me a file#, i was in calif at the time finishing up on business. That i would be coming home soon. Not to worry everthing was fine and that i shoud be hearing from his asst who he just hired by the name of stephanie.
I never heard anything, so i got my bags packed left calif and came home, got to the house there was a notice on the door to evict by the court. I removed it since it was dated 3-11-06, and let myself in the house. I called the gentlemen that took my case he said he was unaware of anything but it should be okay.
Well since this was the weekend there was no one for me to talk to till mon. I phoned the office, the # i had it said discinnected so i called ind operator to see if maybe i missed dialed something. It just so happened i got on the website it gave a total different # so i called someone picked up. Because the 800# that is given on the website someone else answers personally i asked the rep he said that was the # to call from now on that it had been changed.
I questioned in my mind but then said no, now i was able to get a hold of someone. On the day i received another court order from the sheriffs sept 20 i called eriq. He answered. He wanted me to fax over the info i just received, of which i did, he called me back said for me not to go anywhere, not to pack a dam bag. He was getting in touch with the bank and if need be he was going to buy the house to stop the sell.
I called fri his asst named rhonda said she had or saw no info re my file. She would have to email him to see what the status was, well this was now going on the weekend, come monday early i called she said eriq was not in the office. She was going to get in touch with him immediately.
I hadn't heard back by that time i received a knock on the door it was the sheriffs stating i had to be out by 8am. I'm frantically trying to gather my thoughts, get some clothes throw things out the door out the garage whereever i could so my things would not be locked up in the house for this was all i had.
I called capital while the sherifffs were there frantically hoping to make touch with eriq only rhonda was taking the call's. The lady representing the bank was at the house i explained that i had gone thrug this company paid my fees and now it seems they have done nothing on my behalf she stated there has never been any contact from that company. She used my phone to call the legal dept they told her as she had me listining on the other end that capital has not been in touch with them at all, she spoke with rhonda. There were negative words exchanged from rhonda to the lady, from the bank.
By this time passing i had to make quick decisions this has all been a nightmare. With everything going on eriq proceeds to call her back claiming that she needs to keep her nose out of this businees where it didnt concern her, and making explitive remarks, and while he was making the phone call to her. He has rhonda calling my phone tryibg to decipher what was said. How and why, still to the day i have yet to receive a call from him, he is a true coward!
I called capital a few days ago just to see. She answers again, what can we do for you. I told her they wanted to know if i wanted them to buy the house back. I told her yes. She said either herself or eriq will be calling me back.
Based upon whats been said here you can imagine no one has called. I have also refereed other people to them there was one client, i got a hold of and told her not to receive or answer or send any monies to them they were to help her also. She is now faced to move from her property within 45 days.
Can you only imagine what this capital foreclousure is doing to people that are in desparate need to save their home. I may not receive my money back, but would like to see them if not in court. At least closed down. They are not a reputable company and will not help those that are in need. I want them shut down for business
