It wasn't canned... I just sent it, Thank you... You need to read what you agreed to. New York provides very limited coverage. For a complete and thorough New York State report, you must go through the Courts in New York and pay their fee of $52.00.
When you chargeback to MasterCard, be sure and send them the Contract you agreed to, because we will also send them your Terms of Use Agreement and Coverage Policy Contract that you agreed to when ordering.

New York has very limited coverage. PRIORS means only if a County, Statewide or Federal Agency requested your record, then it would show in their database.
When you ordered your search, prior to purchasing you were instructed to check a box, which you did. The box read

It also showed the agreement on the order form. The order can not go through unless you CHECK THE BOX.
This means that you have stated you read our Terms of Use agreement which clearly states OUR COVERAGE POLICY.
