Oct, last year i purchased a cybersonic toothbrush online paid by visa, when it arrived they billed me for two when i only ordered one i returned the brush upon instructions by cybersonic sales phone rep.
She said it would post to my credit card the next month four months later it never posted, i called each month after i got my creditcard statement, and was told the last time i called in january that a department supervisor would be calling me by phone to resolve the situation.
They never called me i am still waiting, every time i call i'm on hold 15 to 30 mins. Don't know what to do to resolve the situition if anyone has any suggestions please post a reply to this report.
I will never order anything online by credit card again.
