Those people at www.dlswap.com or dare I say it. Con (allegedly. Save legal action if defamatory) are at it again. Www.europeandl.com are one of the latest incarnations of the con. Avoid them like the plague.
As per other reports unless you come across an official in some country who will do this that you know personally, forget it.
If you want a clean licence, do it legally. Because if you do it illegally, and the corrupt official is caught, who do you think he is going to name and shame. And you end up being prosecuted too.
If you don't know a company or its reputation. Don't be stupid with your hard earned cash.
