A friend of mine tried to obtain a European driving licence through adriagb.com. Primarily because his own UK licence was loaded with penalty points and he was in danger of losing his licence if he acrued any more points on it. This was the biggest mistake he ever made. He sent 299 by Western Union and two months later despite numerous angry e-mails he has absolutely nothing to show for it. Despite all the efforts of his friends he insisted on paying these thieves their money. If there is anyone else out there contemplating doing the same thing. Don't. These people are liars and thieves who prey on those who are vulnerable to their con artist tricks.
