These sites offers to exchange a legal drivers licence for a GENUINE European drivers licence. The site itself is Very well done and appears to be genuine. Ity even appears to be sponsored by GOOGLE.
I did google searches on the name of the site before applying and nothing came up. (untill after i had paid my money).
After contact is made, you apply via their online web application and then once you have sent that off, they send you details on how to pay. The rate is 527 US dollars.
You are required to transfer money to a Hungarian Bank account or by Western Union cheque.
Prior to payment, they are very quick in answering any question you may have.
Once they have recieved confirmation of the money going through, they block you e-mail address so you can have no further contact. The refuse to answer any of your e-mails.
The say their application time is 21 days, but nothing happens at all, and you never hear from them again.
These sites are a SCAM. DO NOT send any money or personal Details. From what i can gather through forums on the net, I'm not the only person who has been RIPPED OFF!
