This is another front for europeandl.com, swapdl.com and others that have beel already reported here.
Essentially, they offer to obtain a EU licence by exchaning your non-EU licence. They charge several hundred pounds, payable by a bank transfer to Hungary or by Western Union. Very responsive - until you pay. At that point they disappear and block your e-mail address. When I have contacted them from a different address, they attempted to blame me and eventually resulted to condescension.
