I had 2 young boys show up and my door step wanting me to help them win a contest for their school and raise money. They definitely played on my feelings and I gave in. I thought I would order Nick Jr. For my kids. This way the young boys are helped out with my order and my kids will be getting a good education magazine.
About 120 days later I started inquiring with Universal about when I would receive my magazine. Each time I called I was given a future date that I would receive it. About 170 days after I ordered the magazine I decided to cancel my order and get a refund.
I faxed my cancellation letter and requested a refund. The company has been giving me the run around about receiving my refund. I have finally realized that I will never see my $55.00 again.
How does this company get away with scamming people over and over and nobody does anything about it??? That simply blows my mind that the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas, Nevada, let's them stay in business. Look out for these people, I will never order another magazine from a door-to-door salesman again.
