This company is a rip-off to the extreme. I was also lied to about the 30-day cancellation period. I requested a refund before the deadline due to unfortunate automobile accident. The accident totaled my truck and resulted in multiple back injuries that prevent sitting for long periods of time at a computer. I immediately contacted my sales person and requested a refund. For one year I have requested a refund for $1,799! My phone and e-mail communications were exchanged with various CBT employees. Each representative gave the impression of immediate resolution and refund consideration but nothing happened. Most recently Kim Cardinale, VP of Operations declined my refund request because of the warranty. Further she stated my e-mails were quote threats and I must, what I must do. Have a nice day. So much for individual resolution with the VP of Operations. Kim Cardinale, VP of Operations response raised my suspicions on business practices and services and prompted immediate investigation. It's unlawful business practices to claim money for training/services that were never received. I found the Securities Class Action Clearinghouse @ securities. Stanford.
