I ordered in March waited, got an e-mail that a new server was going to be used instead of 7 smaller ones, a growing company expanding and all. They wanted my bank account info, but he (Gabriel Miller) stated already had my bank account info and wanted me to say yes. He then called me up at my home, and wanted a verbal yes approval, although he still had my info on my bank. It sounded like an internet fraud, when people call you, and ask for info. I said NO. I asked for the address and a hardcopy (a paper bill) sent to my home address. I would pay the bill with a cashier's check. The insistant Mr. Miller of LA CA, told me of a discount, pay only $276.00, if I did it online. I still said NO.
I got a form letter from Gabriel Miller (no space), from rxsiteshelpcenter (dot) com telling me I could still approve it for $236.00. That was in April. I already had the order! I told him I was going to wait for the invoice from his accounting office and pay the full amount.
I found out there is automatic ordering.in July I started getting "reminders" that my order was due for reordering. I think 180 days is still 6 months. They sent me an e-mail telling me they ordered, and charged my account! Whoa! I told them I did not want to deal with their company, so I contacted them, told them to send me the billing I wanted from March and I did not want and order. They refunded the $ from the automatic order and supposed to cancel the order. I got another e-mail telling me they saved me money, automatic order at a discount! $276 was taken from my bank august 1st, then refunded when they called me again. Then on the 4th of august they charged me again. I told the bank about them, and left $50 in the bank. They took it!!!
I checked the ATM over Labor day, while we out of town, and they took what I had, and no doubt the bank okayed me for their "overdraft" protection, which I have never used in my history of banking, I know how it works!!! They pay the bills for you and then they cover the overdraft and you pay the bank back.
At a price! Now, I will have to fight the bank to get my $50 back. And not be charged the rest with a payback fee.
It is extortion. Nice discounts, way too early automatic ordering, banks that cover your accounts when a red flag goes up for a customer who NEVER had and overdraft, and I asked about nothing being charged through my debit card, they said it can't be done, I have another debit account-It has been done!
So, my fellow internet shoppers, my fellow new fangled technology users, trying to adjust to the modern world consumers, I guess we finally found a place to put our complaints. I read all about the Equicredit, Fairbank Capital, and Select Portfolio, mortgage scams. We had that too. We got a settlement of $1.21 and we filed Chapter 13, and almost over it.
Our Mortgage was picked up by GMAC mortgage, and lately we noticed that the checks are being cashed by "Freedom". So There we go again!!! I changed the placed I ordered my pills from, they are now, you guessed it, the same ones I didn't want to do business with! What is our alternatives? High priced Doctor visits, to tell us we are fat? I did that, like my sisters all did, to have our DR. Arrested for something and closed down! Some of us live outside the big cities where the diet and fat clinics are located. This seemed like an alterative, it was, an alternative way to be ripped off. Medicines, Mortgages, Banks, and Class Action Suits, I have more to say, but I think this is enough, draw your own conclusions, do you really think a rip off page will really help? I did make a complaint to a federal internet site about all this.
I checked the end of the report, I didn't see these names I reported on there, nor all the mortgage companies, although I just read usacomplaints. Coms on this site.
