I viewed by bank account statement online and saw a charge from CIC credit report. I immediately contacted them because I was not familiar with this company. They supplied the information to contact the company and gave me the option of filing a Reg E dispute which I did right away. I had not used my card for over 4 months so I knew this was an unauthorized charge.
