Ruined my credit ripoff

I openened a Maternity Store credit card account back in May when I was 7 months pregnant. This was one of those in store promotions where you get 15% off any purchase for opening a credit card. I purchased 2 blouses which must have come to about $50. Now looking back, the store did not give me any information about the account I opened. I never received the credit card nor any statements from the company.

In december, one of my creditors wrote and told me that they were reducing my credit line from 7,000 to 1,350 because of information in my credit report. Also, I had the interest rate automatically increase on some of my other credit card accounts because of my credit report. After I accessed the report, I saw an account that I was not familiar with saying I owed $299 and that my account was delinguent for 120 days. I told the credit bureaus that I have never recieved a card or a statement, however they say the company have verified that the account is correct.

I found the phone number for Juniper Bank online and called them, but the number was inoperable. I have no way to contact this company who has never sent me any bills or credit cards to this day. They have single handedly ruined my credit and has caused a whole host of credit problems for me.
