Vanderbilt abandoned its mobile home on my property. I filed with the state of georgia abandoned m/h two state employess including a judge has been fired over this. The m/h was filed abandoned legally. My daughter and I are homeless because a judge who is now dismissed made an error. The representative "melissa" cursed me all the way to the court house and harassed me and even laughed at my little girls tears as we moved out of our only home we ever had.
I bought the land in may the m/h was already there. June'05 I sent abondoned reports and ran ads for 30 days no one claims it until FEB 06 and in March06 the judge who is no longer in counsel illegally made me and my daughter homeless
We are devastated we have been laughed at for nothing
the m/h was left and after 30 days no one had a right to do anything to me and my daughter.
No one seems to care how I was illegally out of my own home.
