This mobile home was moved illegally and it was a free one until i call oakwood. I came to find out that it was stolen from a trailor park and they move it to my location. After i went to oakwood to straighten it all out, my husband signed all the paper work and the payment didn't start until November. We got the mobile home in june. That was the mistake of the salesman who also got caught for stealing the money from the company.
As years go by, we paid $442.00 a month for a 1999 oakwood that still have a leaky roof.in which we called them to repair, but they said we bought it as is. The warranty was bogus. It did not help us at all. We are still paying for this very expensive mobile home which we could get a 4 or 5 bedroom mobile home for less. Can someone please help us?
