Shopping essentials fraududently obtained my credit card information, and debited my account without my consent, and authorization.
Here are a couple of the transactions that I have tried to collect.

6/30/06 ref#91456648 AP9* SHOPPING ESSENTIAL, 888-999-0564, serial#1, $39.90.
7/14/06, ref#93122911 $19.95 SHOPPING ESSENTIALS, serial#607072,
7/14/06 Ref#93126272 IK9* PRIVACY MATTERS, serial# 612866 $19.95.
These transactions are fraudulent, and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
