As of February I received a call from National Choice about a posibility of qualifying for a grant money up to $12,000. They took the money out of my account, which I only thought it was 59.95 for fees, etc. I thought the $314.95 they also deducted out of my account was for Health Insuranse purposes which I had called to cancel, to my surprise, realized that the money hadn't been deposited back into my account, I called again, they told me that not until I received all the paperwork and had sent it back to them, to see if I qualified for any grant money, they weren't going to refund my money, that was only if I didn't qualify for the money, that they were going to give me my money back.
Waited since end of February for the package with the paperwork that I needed to fill out, still haven't received it, after calling numerous times with questions, and getting the same response all the time, to wait for the package, spoke to a Supervisor said she was going to fill out a lost package form with USPS, now I call to follow up I only get a massage to call 1-877-429-5449 if I have any questions about a check or a refund money to leave a message, I have left about 4 or 5 messages, because all I get its an answering machine, I haven't heard from the person in Customer Service, I believe I have been part of a scam, don't now what to do, we are expecting a baby and we could have use that money for oher things.
