First National Government Grants, First National Benefits, First Government Grants took me for $329.90 Canada

Shortly after my daughter was born (May), I was contacted by a woman with an accent who said I had requested to be contacted by First National Government Grants about their grant package gauranteeing I would receive $15,000 in free grant money within 6 months. She said if I signed up with her that day and gave her my account info, a $29.95 processing fee would be deducted and I would recieve a package with 7-10 days containing a confirmation letter and an application for $1000 in emergency cash... Not a loan she said, a gift. If I cancelled once I got the letter, no further funds would be deducted from my account. If not, they would take out $299.95 and send me their grant package, which, as I said, was gauranteed or your money back. I agreed, simply because we were on the verge of eviction and I hadn't slept in 2 days as my baby was sick for the first time. The money was deducted from my account, along with $9.95 for a long-distance phone service. When the "package" came in the mail, all it had in it was a letter about first national grants. So I waited for the offer for $1000 in emergency cash, but it never came. I checked my account and the $299.95 had been deducted, leaving me with a slew of overdraft charges and returned check fees... All in all putting me over $450 in the negative. I got the book in the mail a week or so later and have applied for several grants and contacted several of the listed companies and corporations. Do this day, I have not qualified for one grant, and most of the people I've contacted from their "guide" have made it very clear that they don't give money to individuals. I've learned my lesson, for sure. No one has fooled me since. However, now when I try calling them to get the refund I get a message saying their voicemail can't hold any more messages. Does anyone know how I can get my money back?
