daughter. I am attaching the confirmation letter I received after my order to help you people understand I was under the full impression that both items would soon be on their way to my daughter.

Dear Mr. CEO,

I recently ordered two items from your website. From what I gathered on your website, the items were Available, In Stock, and would ship within 7-10 business days. I bought these items for my daughters 16th birthday in which the Jersey was what she wanted the Most. I paid for them with my credit card to be shipped directly to her house. She received the hat, but not the jersey. I told her they may ship seperately. I continued to ask her if she received them, she had not. I checked my email today and discovered that the jersey was not available, actually had been discontinued, and my order had been cancelled.

The email stated I had been contacted about this, which I had not. I only received the initial email. My cell # was on the order, yet no one called... (obviously it is Long Distance from India.) I had to tell my daughter today that the jersey was not coming in the mail. I am LIVID about this, and can't understand the blatant False Advertisement on your site. Your customer service person said there was nothing they could do.

I was referred to a manager Kerry (Rip-off REDACTED), who was unavailable to speak to me. I will post my full version of this letter on Myspace, and am having my daughter post it on her (Rip-off REDACTED) as well. I will also send it to the Better Business Bureau, as well as any websites I can find for buy.com comments. I am not worried about the money, I am sure it will be credited to my account. The fact that my daughter was so psyched to get this, and waited for almost three weeks... Only to be let down. Thanks buy.com... I guess my satisfaction wasn't guaranteed afterall. - Michael (Rip-off REDACTED)
