I want to let everyone know not to use this company because they are a rip off and they will go to any links to get there money. My husband was 2 months behind and we recived papers in the mail that unless they got the 2 months and next months payment they would foreclose and the house and my husband has had this house since 1994 and he still owes 29,000 dollars on it they told me that unless we made a payment every 20 days that everything that we paid would go to interest. I wish that some how i could find away to get out from under them and if anyone has an ideas let me know. We have four kids and i called them a year ago to see if we could make our payment 5 days late and pay the late fee they said no they did not care if my kids ate they wanted there money.
The other day i recived something in the mail from them and i opened it and it had our address and account # but someone else name so i dont know what they have done and they want talk all they said is that they would fix it and this is not the first time this has happen. Watch out they will get you!
