My husband took out a loan on our house in Orlando Fl in Sept 1998;on Dec 22,1998 my husband died. We took his body back to In to bury him and when we got back this place called me ever week wanting to know about my husband. My daughter-in-law spoke to them. Then two months later my son died and we went back to In to bury him we got back home and they stared calling about a payment. I know my husband made 4 payments on the house.
So I got with my husbands doc to get a paper to have the insurance pay the house off. Well it took them about one week to call me back to tell me the insurance was not going to cover the pay off because my husband lied to them. They told me to make the payments or move out off my house. To start with they gave him a loan on MY house it was in my name and my name only.
I didn't sign and papers. My kids and I had know place to go. That house was my birthday present and that was mine and my kids dream house. They just lost there father and older brother and then we had to leave our house. I just found the paper work and called a company we went thur down in Fl and they told me about the company my late husband Joe went thur.
I would like to get all my money back to get me and my kids a home to live in and not a rented apartment. Please contact me asap. Thank You Sharon and kids
