This company charged my bank acct. $14.95 without my authorization. Ripoff

I found a charge on my bank account for $14.95. Unauthorized by me. I tried the phone number that was listed and it was not in service, I have tried to reach them by email, but the address is not good. I need to let them know I did not o.K. This transaction before they start charging me for other things.
