I was contacted by a representative of FREEDOM GOLD in the beginning of March. I was offered a free 2 week trial. I never received the paperwork on the free trial until the day after the free trial was up. I immediately called the company to let them know that I didnt want their service and furthermore, i was unable to use their service. They promised that my account would not be charged and if it was charged, they would immediately send me a refund.
I have contacted this company several times over the past 3 weeks and they promised me that my refund was on its way. I have yet to see the refund. Furthermore, when i call, it asks for the phone number that the account was under and when I put in my phone number, it says that I cancelled my trial on April 6, which is totally wrong, I cancelled this membership around march 22-24.
