When I started this service, I was lied to from the begining. I was told I had to sign a contract to even get this service.

I had this service not even a month, I canceled on March 9th, They billed me through May 13th, as well as charging me for 2 seperate packages! And also threw in the contact cancel fee.

The companies' customer support were all rude to me when I called to cancel. I was having to move to an apartment that did not want satellites, and furnished cable.

The point is that if I knew I had a "no contract option" I would have went that route to begin with. Now they are charging me for services I don't even have anymore!

And charging me for Two packages at once. This is so unbelievable.

They tried to blame the independant contractor that installed the dish. The contractor does sell for Dish Network. They need to screen these people better if this is the case.

But the contractor has nothing to do with overbilling and charging for two packages. The contractors' fault is not telling me that didn't have to sign a contract.

Dish Network does allow these contractors to install their services. They should go through some sort of training to give consumers all information on the services.

Dish Network is the only company I have ever dealt with in my life, that does not admit they are wrong and make it right.

So I am forced to drag this through the courts, I have retained a lawyer, and he says it's a 100 percent win case.

Be forwarned, Stay Away From Dish Network! They will lie, overbill, and charge for two packages when you upgrade! I have proof of this!

These contracts that companies have, should be forced by law, to protect us as the consumer from incompetance. They are only one sided, to protect the company, And force us to keep bad services.

I have learned from this I can say. I will Never sign another contract that does not protect the consumer. A rude Customer Service Rep should be enough to get out of a contract.

I tried working with the BBB on this issue. They are not much help. I also contacted Dish Networks' Customer Dispute Manager. She was very rude and unproffesional, passing the buck.

Dish Network actually thinks I should pay after being treated unhuman, getting actually yelled at by customer service, being overcharged, and tricked into a contract that protects all of this?

I think not! I will spend triple the money, they think I owe, on an attorney, to show them they can't treat people like this. They will not get a penny more from me.

I have read that Dish Network takes money from peoples' accounts without permission. I have canceled my credit card I used to start this service, And changed my bank account number.
