They play the same movies day after day, week after week, and keep no track of what they have played or how many times. They have played Jumanji, Transformers, and Mad Max on repeat without changing the lineup, even after I told two different employees on two different occasions.
It is also too cold inside - I have to wear a sweatshirt, and I have told them about this three times. I have also asked them several times to turn the volume up a little, since it is hard to hear over someone running on a treadmill nearby, and nothing has changed after the fourth or fifth request.
They do not take any of this seriously, and talking to them does no good. I like watching a movie while I am on the bike - it makes the time go by faster and is more enjoyable.
