They play the same movies day after day and week after week..They keep no track of what they’ve played or how many times. And they absolutely positively have to get some new movies. They’ve played Jumanji day after day and not changed it after I told two different people two different times. Transformers, Mad max,etc. It’s too cold in there and I have to wear a sweatshirt. I’ve told them about this 3x. I’ve asked them to turn it up the volume a little because it’s hard to hear when there’s someone running on a treadmill behind you and still nothing for the 4th or 5th time. They don’t take it seriously and talking to them does no good. I like to watch the movie when I’m on the bike. It goes by a lot quicker and more enjoyable. Montclair Ca. Get your act together and listen to your paying customers. Not just in 1 ear n out the other.
