Resupply orders signup and return policy

I ordered a trail of Libido Max. I used a credit card to pay for the shipping and handling. I received the product 10 days later than it was supposed to hipped even though I was only 100 miles away. I got a message about one week after I got the trail that another shipment was coming my way.

I called Dual Cleanse / Cellular Research. They told me I had signed up for automatic resupply. I told them that I had read their terms and conditions very carefully and I had not signed up for anything other than the trial. They did not argue that point with me. They told me that in order to cancel the automatic resupply, I must receive the shipment, call them for a return authorization, ship the product back and when it was back in the warehouse I could call them again and they would cancel the resupply order. This seems like a scheme to me.

The cancellation of the auto resupply (an error on their part) is separate from the credit for the returned merchandise. Connecting the two gives them an opportunity for yet another charge. I told my credit card company about this and told that given the many names this company has, I need to get another credit card. They seem reluctant to give me a new card.
