I had been online trying to get a payday loan. The next evening i was contacted by telephone from credit plus rewards saying i quilifiyed for a credit card with a cash advance of 500 dollars and that they have made it to were i only had to make small monthly payments on it. And that my credit line would be 2500. Well today was the day i found out how scammed i was. They said they would take out of my bank a 129.95 dollar fee but first would put the 500 dollars in my account before debiting it. Well there is no 500 dollars but the 129.95 has been debited out. I even told the man on the phone that nite that they would have to put the 500 in first because i dont have the 129.95 in my account.
That is why i needed a payday loan. He said absoulty. The five hundred would go in first. Then i found this site. It told me how to call my bank and demand the money back but the bank said they would have to wait till it posted since it is just pending now. So with the bank i really go no were. I couldnt understand why they couldnt just stop the ach debit but they said they would have to pay it before i could do anything about it. And the kicker. This creditplus rewards already had my bank information. Can someone plz help me. I have two children that needs that money. It may not seem like alot 129.95.. But to me it is everything
