I needed extra cash to pay my rent before my next payday so I figured I would take out a payday loan. They told me I was qualified for 400 dollars. They wouldn't give it to me until the following monday, I told them I wouldn't need it then, they put it in anyway. They have this paydown option that is a total rip off. So I told them to take 150 dollar incraments intill it was payed off.
After all the money was payed they took 50 dollars, 150 dollars, 50 dollars, and 45 dollars out of my bank account all in the same day! My whole paycheck was gone. I told the bank to shut down my account but my direct deposit kept it open and then did the exact same thing on the following payday.
When I try to call the number I can't speak to a human. I only get something saying that I'm not eligable for a new loan at this time.
I don't want a new loan. I want to speak with a human so I can scream at them and tell them I want to sue them.
