Payday loan protection got a hold to my information some kind of way through my email an made a check out for 30 dollars to my bank an took it out without my permission an now im get the run around from them about my money. They took it out on the 21st of january and suppose to had refund it back in there on the 29th of january and as of this day my money still having show up i my account yet. I have discuss it with my bank an they want to charge me 29 dollars to put a stop payment on it but i dont think thats fair to come out of my pockett for something that someone stole from me out of my account.
I talk to the supervisor at payday loan protection on the 18th of february an she told me they was having issue with there bank the reason why my money is refund back into my account an forme to call my bank an ask for a R-10 form something like a dispute charge that the bank would put my money in my account an charge then an when i notify my bank on 2/22 they did not no what i was talking about. They say the only thing they could do was put a unauthorize sto payment on it an it would cost me 29 dollars. All i know is that i want my 30 dollars that they had no business taking in the first places. As i see im not the only one having this problem. So if it any way you can help i would be gladly appreciated.
