I have entered a 30-day free trial with HCS CREDITKEEPER on January with I cancelled before the free trial ended. However, I have been billed for $9.95 for 4months after the cancellation. I gave them a call and I got a 3 months refund.
I was surprised to see a $9.95 bill on my credit card in the succeeding months. I have called HCS CREDITKEEPER countless times to no avail. I have been unscrupulously billed up to this day. This has to end or I will be forced to cancel my credit card account. Please help. Thank you very much.
