HSBC Creditkeeper, charges 4 of my different credit cards. My husband and I both have accounts with them. When I call to cancel, they tell me that they can't locate the credit card numbers on file.!!! They owe me over a year of refunds, and till today I pay them monthly, because my credit card companies fail to cancel it for me, they say I have to call CREDIT KEEPER directly to cancel. How can I cancel something, when the stupid company can't even locate my accounts???
There a d*mm rip off, but I do like there website, and I use it. Hey I might as well, I am paying $40.00 monthly!!!
