I was one the the top leaders in the company... Went to conferences and had to a pay out of my pocket. I truely believed the owner was a good person. I was made to feel that i was going to make it, I was one of a kind and could be promoted in 3-4 months. I was there for 5 months... It was a nightmare. The checks were low like $200 on a good week, and sometimes my orders were in "debate" with SBC, but i was made to think that i will get all of my money and become an owner. If the owner made so much money why were road trips what the employees had to pay for. The turnover was ungodly. We were not to mention of those who left or "were fired" cause they couldnt make it. I was fresh out of college and made to think this was a AMAZING OPPORTUNITY. One day... I was going to be a millionare. BE ABLE TO BUY GUCCI SHOES, HAVE HOUSES ALL OVER THE WORLD-ETC.
I am still trying to rebuild mylife after this horror story. All the stories are true about Cydcor. I cant imagine being in the company for any longer, I feel horrible for those with families or those who actually moved to open up offices with their "LEADER".
