Cydcor is a massive pyramid MLM scam. They start you on a first interview, which only lasts 10 minutes. I then went out on a second interview and they showed me that I would be working for AT&T and would be receiving a base salary of $400 plus commission, and that I would be promoted to leader within 2 weeks. That never happened. It took me over a month to be promoted to "leader".
The horror stories are true. The "System" is taught in all companies affiliated to Cydcor and DS-Max. Also, the majority of employees either live at home or in merch houses, just barely scraping along.
After reading these reports, I have confirmed that the group uses much of the same tactics of a cult, luring unsuspecting college grads into the business and milking them for everything. I fell into thousands of dollars of debt (Racked up on credit cards) and defaulted on multiple loans.
This business is like gambling, you will have whales who make a lot of money and can beat the house. However, the vast majority will end up failing and losing it all trying to stay afloat.
