Im gonna keep my name out of this but I am here to set the story straight with innovage/dsmax. I started the business in 2001 in ft myers, florida. I answered an add like everyone else on here, Warehouse, cust serv, etc... I dont really rem what the real add said but it was false. But anyways you guys know how it all starts, interview, day of observation so on and so on.
Ok so if you decided to stay with the company after your day of observation i feel no pitty for you, you knew what you were getting yourself into, i dont care if you think you were lied to or not you cant bitch at the company if you decided to stay. All you ppl complain that how bad innovage is and that they lie to you and etc... I think you guys are morons and a bunch of idiots, there should be rip off for you guys. For everyone on here crying the blues on how bad they got screwed, let me tell you something you are just weak and lo self esteem.
Any idiot after the first week should know that you are in a B/S business, ok well im not on here to defend innovage at all but im gonna tell you guys the truth. I was in the business for 3 yrs. Started off as a distrubtor and made it to owner in 9 months. After 9 months I had 7 leaders on my crew and they had 6 leaders on there crew so i had a total 13 leaders on my team and a cpl of dist. I opened up in sarasota florida with another manager from my office, At this time i was only 20 yrs old. I had every opp.in the world to be very successfull but it wasnt innnovage fault that i failed it was my lack responsibilty, but anyways we closed after 3months. I wnet back down to ft myers to rebuild.
You can be successfull in this business but usually you will be just wasting your time. The ratio of ppl actually making it is like 1-10,000 ppl. The truth is that all u will be is a salesman, going business to business making less then 40 bucks a day. The business is true to some extend, you can run your own business (rem i did) you can make 600.00 a week (done it plenty of times) but for most ppl it will never happen and i wouldnt recommend working there to my worst enemy.
In the three yrs of being with them i learned alot and gained alot of awesome experiances there. I have stayed at the atlantis resort in the bahamas, been to chicago, la, detriot, mia, orlando, tampa, dallas and so on. But all that wasnt worth it, the down falls are as followed, having 10 ppl live in one apt, loose apts all the time bec you dont have money to pay rent, loose all your friends and family bec there is never no time, you work over 12 hrs aday for little or no money (unless your the manager or owner)
I know that some of this masy not make sense and i probley doesnt there is too much to write and I dont know how to really put it. Stay away from this company if you want my honest opinion, its not a rip off but you have a better chance of owning a mcdonalds then being succesfull in innovage (lol) if you choose to work there you dont have no reason to complain on here, like i said you know what your getting into after the first week and if you dont your just an idiot.
