When I accepted the job, I was told to expect maybe 2 months before I could expect to make money. I invested my own money in office supplies, etc. Training was confusing at best. I was first hired to match RN's with exsisting job orders. I spent over a month using the list of resumes I was provided. O a good day, I made over 50 calls and spoke to maybe 1 person who was usually no longer looking. All of a sudden I was told to drop all RN clients and candidates and only work on getting phone interviews with physicians. Same old problems. I had to put in a LOT of work and never made a dime. If I had placed someone in a job, I would have only made 15% or less of the agreed on fees. My gut feeling is the owner is over her head and is looking for people to work so she can just collect pay checks. I hope you all have better luck, but something really didn't feel right.
