Had several quetions regarding there products and a return. Emailed them several times with no response and then called there phone number on the website which was a recorded message. Finally I attached a email to a order confirmation that I received from them and sent back. Did receive a reply of we emailed you don't know what the problem is.
As far as the return their only statement was refer to our website. Anything unopened may be sent back for a 20% restocking fee and if it is damaged in shipment they send it back to you without a refund. One product that I did use was ok but not so great that I need to deal with poor customer service.
