Beware of Boca Java (a review):
There was a specific problem with my order and I emailed Boca Java's customer service about it immediately.
After waiting for several business days (roughly 1 week in Human Time), I received an email response from customer service that quoted the FAQ back at me, word for word.
I had read the FAQ before sending my inquiry. My email had to do with asking for a return/refund when the product is faulty or of substandard quality, which wasn't covered in the FAQ.
So it took them a week to copy and paste, but I would soon realize that this intentional denseness was part of their strategy.
I immediately sent back a polite follow-up, telling the customer service representative that they had copied-and-pasted the FAQ back at me and neglected to answer my question.
I did not receive a reply.
I waited some more. I sent another email.
Still not response.
At this time, the 30-day deadline for return/exchange are long over, and even if I succeed in contacting them, they don't have to claim responsibility for anything.
I have given up trying to contact them. All I can do is warn buyers about them.
FYI, my purchases were all gift products, including the so-called gourmet cocoas. If you only want to order coffee from them, then I suppose things are less likely to go wrong for you—but good luck anyway.
