I am definitely suing if my money is not returned to my account immediately. I ordered a ticket from Ticketmaster for Ozzfest a month ago and never signed up for anything else.
I expect a full refund, and it is not going to be any other way. They took $9.00 from my bank, and I never gave them any kind of information. Ticketmaster gave my account information to a company that provides no useful service to anyone, except to take any extra money they have in their banks.
If any lawyers want to get in on a class action lawsuit, call me first. Even after I reverse the charges, I am still suing Ticketmaster for releasing my credit card and other personal information to Entertainment Rewards.
