I have a very good true story. It was back in 1998 when some people move to Arlington, Texas where a mother enrolled her son in school and they told her good and sometime later when they transfer her son from that school to another. They said to her we are going to hold back your son in the 5th grade because we said so and she asked why. Because the law said we don't have to follow any civil rights protection law. I believe what they did to this person's son was a violation of his civil rights by not being allow that person's son to be educated like anyone else just because of where he came from.
