Manager Applicant Says Owner Refused Hire Because of Culture

I applied for a manager position with Popeyes Restaurants of Indianapolis, Ind. This franchise is out of Colorado. I applied through Snag a Job. After the interview with Popeyes I waited a week without a reply. I contacted Snag a Job, who informed me that the owner of this franchise told Snag a Job that he would not hire me because of my culture. This is a civil rights violation!
