Gasrefund.com offered a refund if you were a memeber between $1.50 and what ever you paid for gas. I sent in my membership fee through Pay Pal, of $6.95. Got my membership package, registered my membership on their web site... Entered my first purchase. The next day I went to their site, and they had a message up that said they were disccontinuing the program, and I should look to Pay Pal for a refund... I contacted Pay Pal, and they emailed me that I should get my refund from the merchant. I know this is only a small amount, but how many hundreds of people signed up for this site, only to find out it is a scam.
