Fist American Payment Systems is the company we lease our credit card machine from. They deduct a monthly fee out of our business account each month. On July 18, they deducted the monthly fee. On July 28, they again deducted the same fee. We have been trying to get them to deposit the second fee back to our account and they have refused. We have spent numerous times on the phone with them to no avail. They finally agreed to post the fee back to our business account on August 3. This deposit never posted. We called them again and now they are telling us they will deduct it from the end of our account and we will not have to make the final payment. They have already lied to me and I do not trust that this is not another lie. They took money out of my account without my permision and I want to be reimbursed now, not later. My lease contract does not state that I must wait until the end of my lease to be reimbursed for money that they have stolen out of my account! My lease is an agreement for a specific monthly fee. Anything deducted out of my account without my permission or knowledge beforehand, is the same as stealing.
