A phone call was made to my office summer help (college student earning money for college) that was quite misleading. Basically verifying the order could be shipped.
This student working in the office (Kyle) was not allowed to authorize purchases, but they still went through with the transaction.
Now they have sent an invoice for 369.95 plus 19.95 shipping. We have not received the Business Listing CD, and do not plan on paying the invoice. They did offer a 25% discount, but I refused. I spoke with Oscar, who put me on hold to "receive permission" for the discount, but when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused.
Do I need to get a lawyer involved...?
