Well they called me telling they where updating my information for my public listing so I am thinking it's the yellow pages. I confirmed all my information and she said she would send me a book so I can see how my listing would look I said fine (kind of weird) but I agree. Then she tells me that after my listing has been posted a bill will follow. I assumed since my name and listing was not on the book I would not get bill. So I get the book and the bill for $409.90 (B*S*) So I call to resolve this matter Mark the gentlemen that takes care of cancellation tells me I cannot cancel I was like what on there statement it clearly states you can cancel within 14 Days. Then he said that he will reduce the price if I return the book I was like no I want a full credit you guys deceived me and he kept on going and going about how helpful this book would be for our business. On our first conversation he tells me we are listed then I call back and speak to Lisa and she tells me we are not suppose to be listed until next year. Now you are gonna tell me I cannot cancel this why??? I am paying for something that I am next year. So I am glad I found this website because I have contact my Attorney General Office and reported them for Fraud.
