Mayrand publishers took advantage of small non profit. Wolf Haven International is a small animal rescue and education facility.in I was contacted by Mayrand about a Business to Business document that would be advantageous to us. Being new to the job, I thought I would give it a try. It turned out to not be useful at all and I returned it. Mayrand then kept calling demanding payment, said they had a voice recording of the conversation. I asked them to play it, and they did. I then remitted payment $416.00 for the 2006. Mayrand then sent a 2007 version without permission which I returned. They are demanding payment and have called and faxed repeatedly. I sent a letter in September saying I refused to accept the document and would not pay the bill because I had told them before that I did not want it. It appears that Mayrand is an unscropulous about this business. Other businesses should beware!!!
