I monitor my checking account balance frequently, and noticed a mysterious $9.00 charge tonight from some "Entertainment Rewards" in Michigan. The charge is still pending, so they defrauded me today— caught them red-handed. I didn't do business with this "company."
I have Bank of America. They said that once the charge is posted to my account (most likely tomorrow), I can then file a dispute and be refunded. If another charge occurs from this fraudulent Entertainment Rewards company, I can call them again and they will block all future charges.
They make small deductions, hoping they'll be unnoticable. But small charges on a lot of people add up to a lot of money. If you are ripped off by this organization PICK UP THE PHONE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. You'll be helping out a lot of other people.
I noticed that a few others on this website have posted complaints of fraudulent charges by this organization. Thank you for doing that.
