Entertainment Rewards debited my account for $9 two months in a row after I used Ticket Master online to purchase some tickets.
The first month I dismissed the charge thinking it was from Blockbuster or something. Upon receiving my statement with the second charge I searched Entertainment Rewards and immediatly found out about their shady business practices!
I had to cancel my credit card account and get a new number, what a pain in the A*&. Now I have to go through the inconvenience of updating all of my accounts that utelize that credit card. All because Ticket Master thinks that it is acceptable to allow shady third party companies (Entertainment Rewards) to practice bait and switch techniques authorizing Ticket Master to sell my personal information to them.
Entertainment Rewards never provided me any services nor did they make clear that they were going to charge me anything. I did not even give them any credit card information.
Ticket Master will never have my business again, nor the business of anyone I know, if I have anything to do with it. I told them as much when I left a complaint with one of their managers. I also called Entertainment Rewards and demanded that they cease all activities with my account.
I would like to see a case built against these Slime Balls! What they are doing should be illeagal.
