My nightmare wiith MCI Worldcom Wireless is similar to what others are experiencing - waiting for hours for Customer Assistance (if that's what you want to call it) & having Worldcom Wireless manipulate their policies for their own greedy purposes. I have never been treated so badly by a company in all my life. I am still battling this nightmare (details to follow) after 2 attempts with Customer Service & 1 with collections with still no resolve. I'm am going to make one more attempt before taking legal actions. I'll comment at a later time with my story and
outcome.
